    Heads Up!

I read this somewhere online and I don't remember where, that the major record companies are planning to file suit against kazaa and all the other illegal download sites. But this time they're gonna try to fine the individual users who are sharing songs, starting with the ones who download most and working their way down. Obviously they couldn't fine everyone who has kazaa, it would be like 10 million people. I deleted Kazaa just to be safe but kept all my songs, does anyone else know anything about this report?
    back for the first time....

I just saw this I think yesterday. Anyone that shares music is at risk.

Not sure about this but I think many ISP's will refuse to hand over names! I know if mine does, I'm getting another one. I have DSL through my local phone company and they don't give names out! I think it is a big scare tactic because of Grokster and Morpheus winning their suits and the record industry is mad!

They can refuse as long as they want, until the court order comes in.
