    Yeah I still look good. Just not as good as I used to look.

    I'm not unhappy with it, but I know that if I don't get back in the groove then I eventually will be.

    I just don't seem to have the drive.

    Take some pics of yourself in your underwear. Then stare at them a couple of times a day. If you don't like what you see that maybe good motivation to get your ass back in the gym.

    hello mr fade, when ya fall, get back up again, but do it with attitude.
    i really dont see pencil neck geeks getting any bigger from just reading and taking IQ tests. in other words, i dont think they have the balls to train the way they should train, they might hurt a brain cell. or they may hurt there small legs.. it must suck to be smart, yet so very, very small.
