can't you use your credit card?
Yeah. I used to have a business account with them. Now when I log on it remembers my account. However, it was a checking only at the time. So it doesnt seem to give me an option of using my credit card.![]()

I’m with you about Paypal – can be a royal pain in the drain. If another person use to own your email account (very common to recycle account user names in large metropolitan areas with single IP) and forgot to cancel their Paypal account before they left the IP – you are SOL. Since it’s all tied to the e-mail name and you won’t be able to cancel the account and reactivate it without the other persons password. Its equivalent to the prior owner of a home keeping keys to your own newly bought house with you not being able to change the locks but receive subscribed mail (and tons of SPAM). Paypal just let dead accounts accumulate for years and years and don’t sweep their databases. There is nothing quite like trying to explain to your spouse the arrival of “pre-paid porn” at your home e-mail address from a joker who subscribed his prior account to it for 12 months earlier “on his nickel”. And you will not being able to stop payment on it till his credit card expires. Totally stupid business process…Originally posted by trinsdad

Only way around it is to create a new temporary email account at like hotmail or some other place and then cancel it after the single transaction is completed if you don’t want to keep all those accounts in your head.

Using Paypal is like using any other online credit card payment.
What's the problem?![]()
Paypal has my business account on file. It doesnt give me the option of paying with a credit card.
I dont want to create a new account since I really dont like their buisiness model. I would rather not give them any new information.
So its not really like making a credit card payment for a product it seems.
Can I mail a check somewhere?

just sent you a PM.

You can change your banking info, even add a second email address and so on.
I know a couple people that hate it but I have never had a problem, now they charge $2 for sign ups though? eBay bought them for those that dont know, and BillPay I believe was eBay's previously prefered method, so they are either trying to obtain a peice of the greater pie or may ultimately try to kill or, or maybe merge the two, who knows.
