I had some great coffee and tea drinks these last 10 days! Like Frozen Coffee in Copenhagen, that was really really yummy (Justin had to listen to my whining about wanting another one all the time. ). Chai Tea Latte is fantastic too!

Since I'm done cheating it will be black coffee for me from now on!

Mm, yeah, it's great! I love the foam, that's the best part. With some cinnamon on top, playing with the straw and spoon a little..

My absolute favorite thing is iced mochas. But those aren't too great for the diet. So most of the time I just drink regular coffee. Although I got this really good kind the other day at the gas station. It was Kahlua and cream. I added some creamer and like 4 packets of Sweet 'N Low. It was really tasty.

I have always drank my coffee black .... mmmm coffee .... I think it started because in the morn I am too lazy to dig around for milk and sugar, not a morning person. Also I have just read that one of those iced cappuccinos a day ( yes I know some people that have one or more a day) can add a pound of fat to you a week .... thats 52 lbs /yr
