Dearest IM Buds
Well my 8 month long dieting session is closed tomorrow...I wanted to thank a few people...In no particular order.
BF...thank you for being a sweetheart and personal avi creator...i wish that i could join you guys in Vegas...next year i will make sure that we get together...gotta meet this IM beauty and give her a huge hug
NT...thanks again to you and the Mrs. for giving me another chance..you two are beautiful loving people...oh and thanks for the pics and sorry about the comp. dye all over your clothes...lol.
Burner...thanks for your support during my national journey and for being so understanding.
Jenny...i am so glad that you have met your sweety...your a wonderful girl and one day four of us are gonna hang...just gotta find me a partner...and SS and Darren and Me and ??? will come join Justin and you and have a blast.
DV and TP....for helping me get into contest shape in such a short period of time...now i know what American smarties are.

j'bo pleasure being your good freind and resource along the way. enjoy your self for 3 days then its time to get ready for the nationals which will be yours next year so you can get your pro card . I have your diet all laid out and ready to go and let me tell you carbs willk be your best freind. You think you ate alot well you aint seen nothing yet. going to push envelope and see if we can hit 2600-2800 caloires while keeping bodyfat under 16-18%. it is going to be alot easier now knowing what your body can do and how it has worked. you are going to look so dry at the photo shoot it is nto going to be funny. I have a feeling even drier then your contest time plus 2-3 lbs heavier. so that is an acomplishment in it self. Good luck tommorrow and now you get to hear me bitch .
