Hey now, just because I read the Bible does not mean I don't listen to music. I love rap/hip hop. Excellent music for lifting or doing cardio. That line came from a Ruff Riders song that an employee and I listened to in between visits with clients. We thought it pretty much summed up that day...

I actually hesitated before ever posting any of that stuff b/c as soon as you do, people get the impression of a nerd who will not drink, dance or have any fun. I CAN'T dance but I can try. As for drinking beer? How do you think I got to 300+ lbs.

except, I don't drink much anymore b/c I am on the "cut from hell"

Down about 45lbs so far. However, I should reach my target the first week in October, which free me up for Vegas.
