    Chevrolet trailblazer

I'm thinking of buying the trailblazer. Does anyone have it or know anyone that has it?
I'd like to know if it's a good car or not.
Let me know what you think and if you like it or not.

    Thanks,

    Mike

my friend's got a Trailblazer. It handles very well.A very smooth ride. not sure on gm though..
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

I have the Suburban and love it. Before that I had the Tahoe and loved it.

I know the Tahoe and Suburban are essentially the engine but I don't know about the Blazer.

I took it out for the test drive yesterday.
It was a nice and smooth drive and it's acceleration is very good.
...Then i got back into my Cherokee and had a bumpy and noisy ride back home.
Now i've got alot of thinking to do.

    Thanks for the replys.

I thought that GM introduced a 24hr. test drive in that you could take the vehicle home. i personally have a Tahoe and love it even though it is a dog when it comes to gas with the 5.7L, gets only about 14-18/gallon. have seen a lot of trailblazers on the road lately and would possibly consider trading down if i don't loose that much size

We've got the 24h test drive here in Greece as well, but i'm afraid that if i take it for 24h then i'm going to buy it and i want to look around first as i'm considering the BMW X5, Toyota Land cruiser and VW Touareg.
But i like the Trailblazer a lot more than the rest.

the land Cruiser isn't even in the same clas as the Trail Blazer..that is a full size as the TB is a mid size. (I think the TB has 3rd row seating? If not, go look at the Envoy if you are needing that. It does have it)
That land Cruiser..if you ahve the $$..I'd take that..nothing out performs a Toyota...reliability, toughness, fit, finish..

I wish my vehicle got 33 mpg...I just got a Ford super crew 4X4..it gets..13 MPG...taking it easy...and with the gas prises racing past 1.62....OUCH!

We don't have the Envoy over here.
The land cruiser i was thinking of was the 90 not the 100 which is a few cm smaller than the TB.
The land cruiser is a litle cheaper but it dosn't have all the extras the TB has (over here we get full extra only).
The price of gas here is about 0.78 euros/litre!!!

$1.00 US is = to .92 Euro..I could afford to drive my big damn truck!

    Mikes1,

FWIW, My son has a 2002 GMC Envoy. Great vehicle but at 20K miles, it threw a rod or something. GM put in a new long block. It has about 35K on it now with no problems.
I love the sound of clanging iron in the morning. It sounds like victory.

Trail blazers were a 80's 90's thing. I even had one. I much more prefer an Explorer over that one. I own an 98 Explorer XLT and a 2003 GMC Sonoma Short bed pickup(my favorite truck to date.

some woman in my parking lot has my dream car: new Corvette convertable, black on black on black.
She smokes in it. That is a mortal sin..she doesn't eserve it..she should just give it to me...
the only thing I'd smoke...will be the tires...
