How is giving your life for the religion you beleive in cowardess? I don't agree with what they did, or what we do, but I don't think what they did was cowardess, they are prolly revered as very brave men to the other terrorists. Suicide is not Brave!! These people didn't give their lives because they didn't want to live anymore, they gave them because they feel by doing so they will "reap rewards in Heaven for their act". That is not brave, that is simply giving one bad thing up for something better. I do not respect that at all. I most definately am, and I think Sept. 11 and everything since has proven that the real Americans are willing when faced. Look at the fireman, the teachers and the soldiers who went in to protect and help the fallen knowing they would probably die also, and most did. You've completely added a bunch of things to your post that you claim are my opinions when I never stated anything of them. I never said I thought they were heroes, I said other people in their country that hate American probably think they are heroes. I never called them Warriors yet you went on a "what makes a warrior" tangent. I never said I respected them. How is my "stupid post" justified by me supposedly being scared of death? And who are you too say what's stupid for that matter? I could randomly say "STTC is scared to pull the trigger that's why he reacted to my post this way." That kind of statement would be ludicrous because I've never met you and you've never met me, how would you know? Please take your random accusations of cowardess elsewhere. As for me being a "left-wing liberal" try closer to extremely right wing. I'm very pro-gun, anti-abortion, and I'm actually pro-war but only if a war is justified. This war is not justified. We went in saying we needed to find "weapons of mass destruction." Once those were nowhere to be found we shifted our focus to "freeing the Iraqis" even though that was never the original intention. If you want to randomly blast me with accusations of not being patriotic because I have the nerve to exercise the freedoms we fight for (even though I never thought mine were jeapordized by Saddam Hussein) by actually daring to disagree with our governments war policies, then don't talk to me. If you want to actually debate me on the issue, then make an intelligent response to this post, otherwise I'm not going to get into it with you.

Okay.... the current situation is a FREE IRAQ!

no dictator, no more innocent tortures or killings!
one of the most dangerous men in the world has had his power taken away from him (saddam), 2 of the cruelest men in the world have been killed (his sons)
many iraqis have a much better life now than before!


Now lets say, he was not taken out....

Chemical attacks would definatly hit the US and UK and our citizens in other parts of the world sooner or later without a doubt, that means possibly thousands of innocent Americans and Britains dead!!
Millions of innocent iraqi's would end up tourtured
Other dangerous countries and terrorists would feel like America, Britain and the UN were going soft on them, and probably step up chemical programmes


Now yes a few innocent soldiers and iraqis have died, but that is war, and if we did not take him out the future concequences would be A LOT worse!

DON'T EVER THINK that if we had not taken out Saddam everything would be fine because it would not be.... and of course Saddam has illegal weapons, they've already found some. As for chemical weapons he has them too, just a matter of time before they are found. If he didn't have weapons why did he not co-operate with the weapons inspectors!

he knew the rules, he chose to break them! the US and Great Britain just followed the resolution and had a million seperate reasons to get rid of saddam

now hes out the world is a much safer place
