What the heck J'Bo has up her sleeve

Ok well its time to let everyone in on the little secret i have been carrying around with me for almost a year. I did not want to tell anyone because i was afraid that things wouldnt work out the way i needed them to.

What has J'Bo been so busy with? and what the heck is she doing whoring it up and online day and night?

Well i am opening a store front that will house a couple of businesses. Name to be determined but the best one that seems to fit is "Jenny's Fitness Factory". I was also thinking of maybe using my current business name "OutPut Training". If anyone has any other name ideas i would love to hear them.

The store will carry this clothing line: http://americanapparel.net/ which will also be available through mail and online.
I will also conduct my training business from there (consultations and client assessments) and the gym where i will do the training is across the street.
There will be a place to hold seminars and teach classes.
I will carry supplements and Fitness and Figure Comp. bags that will have everything you need for competition day including instructions so that you dont have to run all over the place to get your stuff.
I will carry everything you need to compete in fitness, figure and bodybuilding comps.
Eventually i want to take over the business next door (which is now a pizza joint) and turn it into a health/diet food cafe.

So i have been researching supplements and drawing up some buisness plans and i expect to be in business by early spring of 2004

I could use everyone's help now though.

#1 name ideas for the shop
#2 supplements you couldnt live without
#3 what kinds of seminars you would love to go to

Thanks everyone

....and thats my $.02

I'm not sure what the trends where you live are, but health food stores have been popping up all over the place here. If I were going to start I would start there first or do a mix of health foods, supplements, clothing and gear so that it would be a one stop shop for the people coming from the gym. In fact that would be an excellent idea, so folks wouldn't have to bounce around to 4 or 5 different places to find stuff like I so often do. Go with "Fitness Factory" having your name on it just signifies it as a sole proprieter which many people avoid in these corporate times because they think everything is marked up higher. You know what I mean? Some seminars on managing time to prepare your meals quickly, train and relax while working a full time job. Some nights it takes me 2 hours to get my next days meals ready.

hey hottie!
you have been talkig about using Jenny's Fitness Factory.
so, go with that? maybe the Jenny's in smaller text at a 45 degree angle to much larger Fitness Factory?

I also like the one stop shop that maniclion said.
if you have the room, one supp. shop next to a friends' gym had a protein shake bar. You could get coffee, protein shakes, juice, etc.

Great idea ... you seem like the perfect person to make such an idea a big success.

Not sure if you've already done such a seminar for your clients now, but the trainer here (Leanna) put on a seminar preparing ladies thinking about competing in fitness comps. She goes thru the training, mental prep, diet, posing and clthing aspects.

just kick'in it in the ole Charger

Yeah Gopro good idea, cause you can teach us all about the rest of VPX, since most of us have learned to love and rely on Clenbuterx

As long as there is room for Dale Mabry's house of porn then I think all is good. Here are a few suggestions...

1)Health food restaurant-I absolutely fucking hate the places in gyms in my area, they carry soft pretzels, protein shakes and bars, and that's about it. If I am going to shop in your plce, what better than to have a place to eat once I finish shopping. Possibly healthy sandwiches and keto options for visitors.

2)Don't pigeonhole yourself to just competitors. The number of people that do competitions are a very small percentages of the population. Gear some of your seminars to normal folk, they have more money generally.

3)This pisses me off more than anything else in supplement shop, but I don't think you can do anything about it. I hate having to go to one corner of a store and look at one companies creatine product and then walk all the way over to the other side to compare it with another companies product. Arrange products by type, not by company. This is rigoddamndiculous, when you go to a clothing store do they just put all Kenneth cole stuff in one section and all DKNY in another, regardless if they are underwear, socks, or shirts? No, because it makes no sense.

Alright, I have already done too much thinking on my day off, that is all I have now.

If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I don't think its banned, but the serving size had to be reduced to "8 mg" per dose. I think thats the deal now?

first of all i knew that i could count on you to give my some suggestions all my food will be diet approved and no effin pretzels thats for sure...i make a great pizza crust that is just made from dehydrated flax seeds, jalapenos and other stuff, i have recipes coming out of my ga ga...so i will feed you good babe
2)Don't pigeonhole yourself to just competitors. The number of people that do competitions are a very small percentages of the population. Gear some of your seminars to normal folk, they have more money generally.
i agree with you on the pigeonholin...i will offer start up courses and meal planning as well...competitors spend their money on supps mostly and normal people spend it on food and pleasure
3)This pisses me off more than anything else in supplement shop, but I don't think you can do anything about it. all products are side by side although i will most likely be carrying only a few...the ones that i deem best quality for your buck...as for clothing lines they are all together as well...being a corporate organizing technician made me become to most organize and practical human on earth...cause space is limited and time is precious
Alright, I have already done too much thinking on my day off, that is all I have now.
thanks hun i appreciate it...so how about coming here and being my personal assistant i pay well

GP...bring a box for s
