E*Bay fraud...I got him!
About a year ago, I bought a computer on EBAY, the prick never sent it. I got pissed and started looking for him and found 4 others who fell for the same thing. Among other things, I reported him for mail fraud to the US Postal Service.
I just got an email and he was convicted and sentenced to 5 years probation and must re-pay his victims. The Post Office apparently does not play around.
I just wish I could email him again and ask him if he agrees now that he ripped off the wrong guy.My Carb Cycling Progress - you can't hide from the numbers.

What is kind of strange is that I called five or six different police jurisdictions that I had traced him to...work, school, po office box, etc and got virtually nowhere. Then I found on the USPS website how to report fraud and that's what got him.
EBAY sucks by the way, they could care less if someone gets ripped off. And that $250 promise.....yeah right.My Carb Cycling Progress - you can't hide from the numbers.
