Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads

Well, this isn't a tip, but I just want you all to know that I am taining like a maniac fo the showdown in Vegas in October. These photos were taken last year when I was eight weeks out from the Olympia. I was 296lbs. This year I plan on bringing and even better package to the Olympia stage. I will keep you all posted!

the thing about ronnie that i HATE is that he undoubetdly has the UGLIEST abs of any BB in the world, they are absolutely hidious and deformed, but he does have the best guns of anyone. but Jays legs kill anyone by a mile, bar none !

Actually, Ronnie has the best legs, and better calves. He is notorious for his unbelievable back biceps pose, which is the best in the business. His back is the best EVER, and bi's are damn close. i would have to submit to you otherwise, i do believe that coleman has incredible back, but i think his gut and legs is where he is lacking. jay has him beat in both by a mile !

you must be blind if you think that ronnies legs are a weak point, his legs are monstorous, more cut than cutlers I might add, that is a follish thing too say, no pro has any other pro beat by a mile, and certainly no one has ronnie beat by that much. You are right on the gut though.
