What muscle of your are you most proud? (which are best developed and which are least

Obvously everyone (guys mainly) love big bi's and a big ass chest. But what are you're best developed muscles?

(Besides my enormous unit )I'd have to say my calves and chest are my best developed bp's. My calves are about 17", and my chest is big. My legs are good, and are growing the most rapidly as of now.

I'm prioritizing my back, and its coming slowly. I have to work on my shoulders and arms, to get them up with my "core" (chest/back). And as applies to almost everyone, the abs are decent, but could always be better....

    What about you.....
You're a funny guy, Sully, I like you. Dat's why I'm going to kill you lahst.

I am most pround of my shoulders and the strength i have developed this past year.
My chest is prolly the worst...I am fine with the strength considering how long i have been lifting.

But my Db shoulder presses weight wise are almost the same as incline db chest presses.
My chest has gone all the way to 49.5 from 48 in just around a year. Not bad

I need alot of help with my upper chest.

Lots work needed on my bf 18-20 right now... Abs? what are those?

traps and triceps, but for a little guy my weight on shoulder presses usually impress. The worst...my biceps are pretty pathetic more like a golfball in a sock

My best when I'm in form are my chest back and arms. my weak points are my legs, calves, traps. No excuse for calves but leg and trap work wreak havoc on cronic back problems. Oddly enough I have a bad back but my lats are pretty damn wide still.

If I had to pick one, I'd say lats are my best today. Calves are my worst.

I suppose overall I appreciate the back the most (which is really back/traps/neck/delts/WAIST), so I look at it the most yet like with everything else I always feel it is lacking. Triceps would be another that I wish I had more of but my genetics just are a little more biceps heavy. I am really liking reverse grip pressdowns as a finisher right now though

I like my chest, I absolutely HATE my arms. I need to seriously work them in general. I just need to find a really ... shocking... program to stimulate some growth in the bis/tris and forearms.
