I am most pround of my shoulders and the strength i have developed this past year.
My chest is prolly the worst...I am fine with the strength considering how long i have been lifting.
But my Db shoulder presses weight wise are almost the same as incline db chest presses.
My chest has gone all the way to 49.5 from 48 in just around a year.Not bad![]()
I need alot of help with my upper chest.
Lots work needed on my bf 18-20 right now... Abs? what are those?

)I'd have to say my calves and chest are my best developed bp's. My calves are about 17", and my chest is big. My legs are good, and are growing the most rapidly as of now.
