They are setting up schools and business is getting back to usual. They conduct several thousand patrols a day around the capital and it's a small percentage that gets ambushed. It took 5- 10 years to do this after WW2. It is being done in months now!

I guess you Americans didn't get the news last week when two Canadian Peacekeepers were killed in Iraq,after American bomb squad had declared the area safe and the jeep that these Canadian rolled over got BLOWN to smiderines?
