    Anyone ever buy a sword?

I bought one a few months ago. Here: http://www.mwart.com/product.asp?pid...at=72&subcat=Y

It's great for decoration to any room. I have mine in my home office. I cut my hand the first time I pulled it out. Besides sheer beauty it's useless. Anyone else have one?

swords are so cool, I would much rather run around with a sword than a gun, just in case. Some guy pulls out a sword and that's goin be some scary shit, ha.

Satan congratulations on your purchase but don't try using that one. It is a replica. The Steel is like 420 stainless I believe or there abouts. A real Katana you can't touch for under 3 times that much money. I know, I have several. I've been involved in the martial arts since I was 8. I have a very extensive collection of weapons. I also have a set of Katanas for display purposes only made of similar steel as the one you posted. Remember it's only for a wall so don't go out trying to cut down bamboo with it or it will be history.

ha hell ya it would be sweet.

my boys were about to get into a fight a few years back with kids that lived in the next apt. over. everything got broken up, and both "groups" were kinda still standing outside and standing around liek waiting for something to happen. One of "them" barked about having a gun or something. So i ran to my other boys apt. and grabbed a sword from thje mount on the wall. I pulled it out of the sheath and was just fucking around with it. NOthing ended up happening, i ended up being the deterent

I have a katana, one of those 420 stainless steel ones for decoration. I think it was the one from Highlander the series if anyone remembers that show since it was so damn cool.

I have a highlander knock off katana. It's pretty cool but I wouldn't trade it for my 44 or 357.

I have a real Masai tribe spear my sister brought me back from Africa when she was inoculating animals for villages over there. It's small, but has a spear on both ends, one for gutting and one for just impaling. Plus it's light as hell so you can throw it easily - the balance is amazing.

By the time you get to me with your sword, you're already dead.

Somehow that reminds me of the original Highlander movie. Anyone remember that one?
