I don't believe I've seen the Iron chef Eggs but if you go to their web site you can see their program list as well and some excellent free recepies. Jamies kitchen: name sounds really gay but the Jamie is really cool. He has been on Leno and all the talk show circuits lately. You would like him. he is really cool. answer to your question, yes they have great recepies and some really interesting shows off cooking topics. Example is one show that they take you though different companies and show you how certain foods, candy etc are made. How they get the powder to stay on powered donuts the whole process. And some even cooler things but I can't think of any right now.

Did you watch that gal on the halloween special make that wierd salad thingy with blood oranges? I saw that part but turned it off when she started cooking salmon or something like that. I had to workout.
PS. the dummy forgot to add the oil in the recepe and remembered after she mixed everything pretty cool that they didn't edit it out.

I've had friends Mom thats have baked bread in the past... its so good. Not quite as good as when I'd go walking the back streets of La Maddalena in the morning and buy fresh bread at the baker there, but really good none the less!

Jenny and I are going to have to learn how to bake bread Though I dont really eat it much anymore

Haha, how you liking that Clen FS?

I took it for a bit... rapid mood swings. I think I bit a chunk out of my dogs ear when he bothered me And addictive... I would lick the bottle to get the last drop out. I think in the end I cut it open and scooped the remainder out with a finger.

true true J'Bo. but at least you have the option to use low fat ingredients if there is such a thing for bread.

I used to watch Emeril all the time. Haven't watched the food channel in a while though...

The statue of Liberty no longer reads "Bring us your tired, your hungry, your huddled masses..."
Now she's holding a baseball bat and it reads "Bring It On."

What about Gopro. I'm sure he may be able to help you out. Maybe make you a distributor.

Firestorm,

I watch the food channel pretty frequently. I know what your talking about with the show where they show how stuff is made. I saw an episode on all these deserts and potatoe chips. There are also a few other non cooking shows that I like.

As for the bread, I have a machine and just made a few loafs:

1 cup Oat Flour
1/2 Cup bread flour
3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
7/8 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tbs. Honey
1 Tbs. Butter
1 Packet Yeast
1/8 cup wheat germ

I don't see how it could be very bad for you in moderation. It's basically just oatmeal in the shape of bread and also pretty high in fiber! That recipe made about 6 slices. The slices are pretty darned big though so I'd only eat one. If you get really sick of eating plain tunafish or canned chicken, putting a bunch on a slice of the bread is pretty good!

Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol.
Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
blood stream.

Hey FS, what place or site did you get the clenbuterx at? Here is a site that has it for $30.99 for 120cc. How is it working for you? Thought about getting it myself but just curious on opinions on it.
