whats the deal with hairloss these dayz?

Being the year 2003, is there actual ways of regrowing hair, and i dont mean those plugs or fake hair or wateva i mean your real hair. Just alittle worried for the future cause i never wanna go bald!

Any thoughts and opinions much appreciated..
