hey all, i am hopefully going to cali from the 21-28, and i am just curious about what ya guys do? do you take the week off and not take any supp? do you train?

I keep taking my sups that are in pill format but it's awefully hard to lug around those protein shakes

I try to train if possible, but usually reduce the frequency of the workouts. I take my supplements with me. You can get protein powder (MRPs) in individual packets.

There's lots of stuff you can do without weights in a hotel room or outside if you want to maintain...but personally I'd use it as a total week off and let your body recharge.



Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
