Depends on the dog... If i were to guess , I'd say a Boxer or pitbull are the best to eat. Low fat, and lots of muscle. Although a smaller dog is prob more tender.....??

I actually have a guy that works for me that used to be in the millitary. When he was stationed in korea he said He ate dog 3 times a week. He said he never gained any weight while living there and that eating dog was a delacasy. He also said that dog is very lean and gave him incredible energy. Monkey brains was on top of his list as well. He said after he ate monkey brains he could perform all day and night.
