Y'know, I started hanging around ("ho'ing" )here at IM roughly a year ago, mainly because I had quit smoking and , as a result, had gained quite a few pounds. (20 to be exact) Well, somewhere along the line I thought (rationalized) that smoking cigars would be a relatively harmless means by which to ease my 'psychological' cravings, you know, as long as I didn't inhale......yeah right. Well, after spending some time in my studio/shop this evening, with my cigar buddies, coughing like a 75 year old cowboy because I have been sucking down smoke for a couple of months, I got a little pissed off about the situation.So, as a result, I feel it necessary to ask you, my IM FAMILY, to verbally wear my stupid ass out..... I deserve it.
Really, don't hold back, let me have it. I'd rather have my feelings bruised than die of both obesity and lung cancer.

i have never touched a cigar or a cig. its one of the worst habits to try to break[besides heavy drugs], i watched my mother kick the habit, but it wasnt pretty, it was a trying time for all of us. it takes alot of support and will to conquer such a thing, i wish i had the magic dust to give you DM, but its your own will my friend

Be strong enough to recognise it ( as you have twice now ) and maybe let someone close to you know to kick your ass when they see you losing it
