what about brown rice! sorry I couldn't resist.

In all seriousness though, the arm development is coming along nicely but what about the back development. It looks to be lacking to me compared with the arms. That is what is gonna take your physique to the next level bro! Time to get that thickness underway, ya feel me? besides that you guys are nice and lean, looking good. keep working hard

Impressive for a natural trainer I'll give you that, but you've got to decide if you're ready to hang with the big boys. If you are, come to L.A. where the real gyms are and get a juice hookup and I'm not talking about the kind of juice that Jay Kordich talks about. You're old enough now to get some gear and hang with the real gym warriors.

Rubber that's one of the most rediculous things i've ever heard.
Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol.
Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.

I definatly hear ya man. Thank you for the constructive critisizim.
My back is a pain in my ass, its not growing like i would like it, you are absolutly right about the arms and the back not matching. What do you recommend? 2x a week?

Also, i always wanted to be lean..always wanted to have the nice abs which i do have now. But i just decided screw it, i am going HEAVY and eating EVERYTHING. gonna put some nice size on me, and then around April or so, get on a REALLY strict diet and hit abs hard. Hopefully by July, i will be big AND cut. Not sure if i can do it in a 3 month period though. never tried it.

Get on steroids? I wouldnt even if you paid me. well, maybe if you bought me a lamborghini murcielago.

    Thanks everyone..keep em coming

It is hard to comment when I don't know what you do for the back. I don't think taht 2X/week is necessarily. You need to be lifting heavy when it comes to teh back. It takes extra intensity to develop the back. It is one of the bigger muscles and you gotta treat it like so. I reccommend heavy compound movements like the deadlift, bent over rows, powercleans, 1 arm rows and other multi joint compound movements be your staple. Besides that, you gotts have the Wide Grip Pull ups in the routine and just pick a few more movements that can supplement those. Get creative and be as intense as possible. my 2 cents.

wow, i see why it isnt growing, i think i might do 2 of the excercises you just named.

    I do:

    Wide grip lat pull-down- machine
    Wide grip pull up- myself
    seated rows- machine
umm..i forgot the name of the last one..its where i am leaning against the machine and pull the weight back into my gut..know what i mean?

So, the choice of excescises must be my probelm then eh?

Rubber Raw is correct! If you want to hang with the hardcore warriors, you've got to get on the juice little man.

Since Littlebigguy has already stated he's not into the roids, your comment seems misplaced.

Well there you go. You have to appoach the back training with optimal intensity and it has to be trained heavy and hard. Anyone can build up bis, but to develop a barn yard back is much harder and tells you alot about that persons training habits. Start a cycle of the deadlifts and work your weight up. Also drop the pulldowns and hit the pullups, much better tool for developing that lat spread. Think about it, how strong can you possibly be if you can't bang out a simple pullup. Go with the free weight movements and hit it hard. If you need any more specific advice feel free to hit me up a PM bro. Good luck
