Taking a Break from IM
I'm going to be off the site for a while. I need to rethink everything. As I've said before my workouts have been going nowhere and my enthusiasm about bodybuilding has gone with it. One problem for me is posting at this site. I've been coming here among others who exercise and have been getting too comfortable. Even though I haven't been working out as hard, I haven't really noticed. This place has been numbing reality too much. I'll get back into it soon, and only then will I return. Thanks for everything everyone, I'll see you soon.

My sinus is killing me. Have not been to the gym since before I went on vacation.
