    Bulking pics!!

Hello everyone..how are ya? Hope all is well!

I have been bulking up for the past 20 days or so..i know that isnt a long time, but i feel like there might be a slight improvement. Here is a pic of my back that also shows the difference in arm size. I will get more pics soon..

can you guys tell i am going through a bulking phase from this pic?

-the first pic to the left is a pic 1 month ago with 100% back pump after a work out.

-the 2nd pic on the right is today with no pump at all right when i woke up in the morning.

    whatcha think?

You do look a tad softer, so it seems you can tell you are bulking but you are still very lean. If I were you on a bulk, I'd be impressed at my cutting cycle

Triceps look meatier perhaps, but hard to tell. I assume you measure every 2 weeks or so?

When you say "You are eating so much" what exactly does that equate to in calories? I know many lean guys that eat in a day what I eat by lunch time, and they think they will burst. Just curious. Keep up the good work.

Not too shabby at all man. Not sure what they were before, but you want to make sure that you do not just make a sudden jump of too many calories. For one thing, you may just get burned out on trying to cram so much food in all of the sudden, and also, much of the increase in calories may end up around your waist. Good luck and keep us updated.

I'd rather be fat and be able to lift more.

Yeah, but I still want to show major cuts... I would be happy right in the middle... half lean and half mass... That is what I am working on.. I don't want my bones showing that's for sure
