    .. makes trying to get rid of it a little more difficult. And multiply that by the number of holidays you can do that and it becomes like a never ending battle.

    I ate until I couldn't move, but on a good note I didn't eat any dessert ( because I couldn't get up to get any)

    I ate quite a lot including dessert, but there was not a trace of guilt. It was only one meal, I ate clean today, and worked out this morning. Nope, no guilt here.
