My Band - Check us out

Hey everyone. I recently started jamming with a good friend who had written some songs. Now, we have a drummer and things are starting to take form. We have a rough website with a song available for download. It's a rough song too, as it was done quickly on a 4-track. The download is not fast typically, but deal with it. I hope you like it. I play bass by the way.

    any feedback is welcome. Thanks!

    Freeman, good stuff.

Like you said the quality is a bit rough, but it's just the beginning. I would have liked to have been able to hear the singers voice a bit more, but all in all, a good song.

Yeah, it was done on a 4-track, really quickly at that. Not bad IMO. We have a studio we can use hopefully sometime soon. This is just to get our name out there. To send off to clubs for shows, and record companies hopefully too. Thanks man for the nice comment.

Interesting tune Freeman. I thought the same thing NT did...need to put the lead vocals up front a little bit more, maybe kick up the base line a bit. If I had to say anythng negative about the tune, it would be that it was just a teenie bit repetitive...I anticipated a big punch somewhere after the second verse.
All together, you guys seem to play well together, you've got a sort of alternative/jazz thing goin' on there.....good start!

Thanks. Today we practiced and it was so fucking jamming....we're going to use electric guitars now, instead of acoustics, which are on the demo. there are some much more rockin' songs we've come up with, and we are suprisingly tight for being a band for such a short amount of time.
