    a few pics of me

    as request put up a few shots of myself in the members pics gallery.
    these photos were taken on Nov 11th. unsure of bf% in them. Will be competing in a fitness model search through the WNSO on March 6th here in Halifax,NS. then competiting in bb in the Nova Scotia provincials on April 3rd. Hopes are to also compete at the World Qualifers this summer.

    just the basic supps. whey protein, daily vitamins, glutamine, ALA, and fishoil caps. used creatine while i was trying to gain more mass a couple months ago.

    Huge in my books is a good thing.
    However if your doing a physique comp. you dont want more mass. I geuss we will be competing together. Wicked should be fun

    well the first one is a fitness model search.. I dont think Im going to be that big really. its a lil more then 3 weeks before my bb comp so I should be pretty darn lean then.
    are you going to be competing in bb at the world qualifiers as well?

    I only work abs about 1-2x week at most. but use alot of resistance in them. for example decline crunches w/plate on chest, cable crunches, reverse crunches w/weight between feet, hanging leg raise w/weight between feet.. altho I do twists on the decline with no weights, just high reps.

    sapphire...sorry to say but those abs are genetic and no matter what we do we will never have abs like that although i am sure she works hard to make them look even better

    I agree with Les, diet plays a big role in actually seeing your abs... but I think the overall developement has a role in genetics as well.

    Well thats your opinion. If someone has huge plates that arent sliced like hers you will NEVER look like that! I did not say you couldnt have abs i meant it is rare to see a female with small little plates like she has.

    I have abs like that, and here I thought it was all the situps I did when boxing when all I needed to do was eat something more than pizza and drink beer

    Yes the bodybuilding world qualifier is in Edmonton...i may go and watch. No NT your just a genetic freak too

    DG...think what you like...you cant change the shape of your muscle you can only enhance them...plates are the sections in your abs
