Thread Mouse Over Part II
okay, I changed the code so now the thread links act like a normal link and after a couple of seconds it displays the first 200 characters.
this time I used html title tags, NO JavaScript, and NO 'Mouse Over'.
It should now work for everyone, and it's not annoying because there is a delay before the window pops up.
Do you like it now?

I cant read the 200 chartacters in the time it stays up...
Gotta keep flipping mouse over, can you make it stay up for longer?

nope, that is just a standard title tag that your browser reads in a hyperlink...I have no control over that.
