    OOOPs I thought you said REVOLUTION my bad!!! Resolutions? I have one. to get fuqing low bodyfat and not eat crap this holiday season. Not even my very own Cheese cake that I'm baking Tuesday. Ok well I'll have a piece of my own creation but after that,,, NOTHING. My resolution is to get lean by any means possible and stay that way this time.

    I have one other resolution which is to continue the same one as last year and the year before that... to continue to be the best friend and daddy to my 2 boys and keep the wife happy.
