I love Creed, one of my fav groups but as of late, Staind is my absolute favorite now, if you get a chance, check out it's been a while and epiphany on their Break the Cycle album, I think this kind of music is rock not hard rock and not pop but it's also head and heart music, if you understand that

Staind I like, their lead singer isn't a complete fag like Creed...

Are you related to the lead singer of Creed by any chance GA-Balls?

there aren't any 2 day progress pics... i don't know what you're talking about... if you meant 3 weeks... than, I think I already stated that perhaps that was a bit quick to see results... however, you can become significantly more lean in that amount of time, which could result in a nice visual difference...

Whoa there, Mayo Boy...I own every CD Creed has produced, and the last time I checked, I wasn't a fag.

Although the fact that I'm agreeing with BigBalla has me a bit concerned.

I wasn't going to post but I think mayo needs someone on his side. Creed is just pop diguised as rock, I really hated them after seeing an interview with their frontman. What a condescending prick, but hey if their music does it for you thats cool even kenny g has fans.

All those bands are weak, you need to throw them out and get some Crowbar.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
