Got Ronnie's 2nd video, the "Unbelievable" for Xmas. My brother ordered it online, and it was a great suprise.
anyways, the guy is literally incredible. his size and strength is just literally, unbelievable. and that was 2 or 3 years ago (when the video was filmed), and now he's even BIGGER.
5 weeks out from the Mr. O,
deadliftss 805lb twice
frontsquats 585lb 4x
incline db press w/ 200lb db's for like 10 reps
tbar row w/12 45lb plates
shoulder press w/ 315lb for 10 reps
not only is it incredible to watch, but it is also very entertaining. pretty much throughout the entire video, before his lifts, he yells shit like "Lighweight", "Eeeeeeverybody" and "Nuthin but a Peanut". if you guys every heard Ronnie talk, you'd know why that was funny (he sounds like Tyson with a tad bit deeper voice).
for any Ronnie fans, or BB fans in general, i highly recommend it. See why he is the biggest and best BB ever (after Arnold of course haha), and probably for years to come.....
there's just something about seeing a 285lb ripped monster deadlift 805 pounds and afterwards yell, "LIGHTWEIGHT".
You're a funny guy, Sully, I like you. Dat's why I'm going to kill you lahst.
