I went to the gym with the flu. I couldnt stand staying away. I felt 100 times better when I was done, but finding the energy to get there was tough. If you think you can make it, even for a light workout, I say go for it!

My problem is that I do not want others to bring their diseases to the gym to spread around so I make it my policy to not bring mine.

I can work out at home but without spotters it is difficult to do any heavy lifting.

hang in there. day #11 and i'm finally feeling pretty damn good again. i'm a wuss though so hopefully you'll be better a lot faster.

i swear i woke up with some sniffles and a few hours later i had a freaking fever, crazy chills, aches pains and a really painful sinus infection.

looks like it's about over finally. i'll remember this next time i even consider slacking at the gym.

    feel better soon.

    BAD idea.

Your ammune system is working hard enough and going to the gym will just weakin it making you sick for longer.

Larva. Take lots of Vit C and drink plenty of fluids(water, cran juice, etc). Also get good sleep. Get well soon.
