Not on the head. Test turns into DHT which is what causes the hair to fall out. Test makes hair grow just about everywhere else but the top of the head where it makes it fall out. Go figure!

Clippers are bad about causing hair loss.

If you are not losing it now, you won't lose it with ZMA. Zinc can actually prevent hair loss according to some but, unless you are deficient, it won't do much to your test levels anyway. If you are not losing your hair, chances are you have insufficient 5ar in your system and that won't change until a certain age determined thru genetics, not the amount of test in your body.

It seems as though my hair is getting thinner in the front rather quickly since I started my first ph cycle 8 days ago.

Yep, a side effect of an androgenic substance.

dg, do you think the hair will come back after the cycle or is it gone for good unless I use propeica or something to the affect?

It could go either way, soe say it will, some say it won't. I tend to believe it will if it is testosterone related, don't know about the other androgens. I doubt your hair loss would be caused by the PH so early on, it generally takes weeks to really start causing problems. Does your head itch more than usual? What PH did you use? ZMA is not a PH.

Not sure, but I hear most say once it's gone, that's it. Not coming back.

See, this is what I do not understand. Alot of people do say that, but the leading theory describing how thinning/balding occurs says the exact opposite. The theory states that eventually, a switch gets turned on and you start making 5ar which bonds with Test to form DHT. When the DHT attaches to the androgen receptor on the follicle, your body treats the follicle like a foreign invader and an immune response starts to kill the follicle. This generally does not happen in only one cycle of hair growth, rather, over a few which is why the hair gradually thins. If you have an aggressive form, it may happen over fewer cycles, possibly even one, but I would think you would have to be on an awful lot of androgens and hit is at just the right time for this to happen.

Just get some finasteride(propecia) and see if it slows down the loss. I've seen hairloss occur pretty quickly on AS. Take long after the cycle is over too. I'd be curious to see if this solves your problem.

This is my first cycle. Im takind 600mg of 1-ad and 12 to 14 sprays of 4derm per day. Im not noticing any other sides, but I am slightly afraid of my balls shrinking some. Almost immediately after starting the cycle the hair line starting getting thinner. Even my wife says it looks thinner.

Check to see if you are noticing more hair in the sink or around it. Run your hands through your hair and see if you notice it falling in the sink. This was how I noticed it enitially. You may also being paranoid too and never realized it was thin before.

That is normal, you are being paranoid. You should lose between 100-150 hairs per day on average.
