Nothing wrong with country music....of all the performers in the industry that sound as good out of sound studio are country perfomers, imho.

I like John but I'm surprised about him also. He didn't do a good job that time. Could he really win when his voice is so typecast into the Brat Pack thing?

I can't see him winning overall either... but you never know... Harry Connick Jr is a crooner and does really well

All these reality shows are scripted in the way that they are cast...they look for specific personality types and manipulate their environmental conditions to induce conflict and evoke distinctive emotional reactions. At least one person with serious emotional or personal "issues" is cast in every show; their story becoming one of the human intrest subplots...If you look at the credits for any reality show you will see a long list of writers. Believe me they're not getting paid to do nothing.

Also as a television and film editor I can attest that you can twist anyones words to say almost anything if you have enough footage. I actually feel sorry for these people...they are so starved for attention they'll do anything to be on TV

You didn't miss much BF, we taped it and fast forward through almost the entire show, no one really stuck out.

It's actually Katie Weber...don't know where I came up with Holmes.

She's hot though....I guess she does have a redish streak in her hair and she is definatly blonde.

Camille was a let down last night, but Jasmine (I want to cuddle her like a little teddy bear) more than made up for it, her smile makes my heart skip a beat and her voice sets my senses on vibrate.

Latoya looks like a proffessional singer already. You just can't beat that. But then again a lot of people are falling in love with Jon Peter.

I stand by my previous favorites.

I love the funny Elvis guy, I hate the red head kid. I'm serious, I think he's paying the judges off somehow. Except for Randy, I agreed with him last night.
