What Is the "IM Online Competition" Forum?

I am confused about the sub-forum in the Online Journals forum. I have been in IM Online Competition and that is just more journals. What's the difference between regular online journals and the ones in there?

Can anyone be part of these competitions, or what? Because it seems that the IM Online Competition forum of journals is much more active than the regular journal forums.

I believe that they had a starting date, so I am not sure if you can just jump in at anytime, I think J' Bo can answer this though.

MonStar Info above is correct, the contest is opened up to everyone here at IM.com in November. It was started by me and my reason for doing so was to use a motivational tool for the members and also for some fun. It's also a great place to help people that never competed before that may be interested in giving it a go on a stage sometime. All the competitors had to take before pictures and post them, half way through the contest pics and post them and then finally the After Pictures in May. So I'm afraid it is too late to join but your more then welcomed to start a journal in there and play along. The only other thing is you have to keep the journal active with your training and diet. This way, others can follow each others progress and see what they are doing and eating. If they are having training problems the workouts are there for people to make suggestions and same goes for diets. joe says he isn't loosing any weight so when we look at his eating habbits it easier to figure out what he is doing wrong.
