holy shit, is this how you really feel? however, you have proven by this comment what just about every effective lawyer knows to be a generality; in a rape trial, a female jury member is more apt to find fault with the female victim than a male jury member. During jury selection, the defense lawyer is looking for women who are just like Babsie while the pros is looking to boot women like this off the jury list. women with a certain personality type always view this as " if it were me, i would never have allowed this to happen..." as they are oh so much smarter than the victim.

while it may indeed turn out that the mother was complicit in this act, the benefit of the doubt must go to her initially then if the facts warrant, a new conclusion can be drawn. it is de rigeur that the accused be the " alleged" perpetrator whereas the victim is known as the victim, not the presumed victim or alleged victim or the aiding victim or the abetting victim.

what is true is that this family is going to have it's dirty laundry aired for all to see. Perhaps this is going to be the normal heterosexual family unit to which everyone should aspire.

Regardless, it is wrong and should never have happened. There is always a method of defense. Clearly the mother and, mostly the son need mental evaluations.

The article didn't mention if the mother tried to defend herself. I mean, what did she do; lay there motionless and cry, allowing this to happen. Where did it say in the article that the mother put up a fight to get her son off her? How did it begin? Is the mother mentally ill to give him a "reason" to attack his mother this way? People these days are ill minded.

No kidding a defense lawyer would love to have people who agree with the I feel about this situation. It's a given that the pros, wouldn't want to boot us.

I think the boy needs mental help and put in detention center! The mother will also need mental help to cope with this tragedy.

It flames me that the mother says "I didn't complain because I want to see my son locked up!" WTF was she thinking then when she spoke up???????? Like she thought it wouldn't go to court! COME ON! What a sob story and a half! Let justice be served and people like that put away!

Reason I say that is:

The son will be diagnosed with a mental problem. Be put on Meds to control his "Chemical Imbalance."

Something will happen and the boy won't be able to afford his meds......

he'll come off them.......
