I bruise so easily it's ridiculous, if you squeeze my arm I will get a bruise. I have ALWAYS been like this and my two sisters and Mom are the same. Does anyone know of anything I can take to help with this?
My thighs are so bruised from barbells banging on them, I feel self concious at the gym in shorts....![]()
