    Hi Premier,

Funny you say that, I am out lifting now. I just came in for a second. Doing bench and legs today. It's actually only 50 degrees here right now. Ya warm up fast though after a couple sets . How's the weather where you are?

Yeah I had one of those, and a big calf machine as well. A few years back though after not doing a lot of leg work I tossed them both. Now I kick my self in the (_|_) for ever doing that. Now I just do the basic leg extensions on my Hoist universal gym and use my crossover machine for the leg lifts using straps connected to the lower pulleys.

I'll tell you though due to the fact that I have avoided doing legs in the past, it is a exremely weak area for me.. I have a big upper body and chicken legs.. Well at least I used to do a lot of bicycle riding...helped some. Next time I sign up for a gym, I will be hittin the legs hard though.
