how to get rid of a Script error

How do I get rid of a script error on my PC. It happens every time I try to print. We have a Vaio brand new, printer is a Lexmark

The error that it tells me is
res://windows\systems32\shdocls.dll/preview.dlg

So it does not print at all or? Have you removed the drivers and reinstalled? It would be good to get the latest drivers also from the Lexmark site.

It won't print at all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling...same thing. I'll try there site and see what happens.

You may have to reinstall the dll.

I re installed the driver from the website. Now it works! Thanks guys.

We'll get rid of the lexmark when it dies.
