blahhh thats gross
i just made a shake from EAS Myoplex low carb strawberry cream shake and i didn't bring my shaker so i used a arizona bottle and a plastic cup to funnle. so i shoke it up for a minute or so and i went to taste it and swallowed a big chunk of powder.
. i still get that feeling when i swallow chunks from protien ewwwww. o well just thought i would let you guys know. o this stuff reminds me of strawberry quick too.
