um... unless it's some slang I don't know of, a "heaping teaspoon" in cooking terms means as big a scoop as you can get in a teaspoon. For example, an accurate tea spoon of sugar would be a teaspoon with sugar up to the ridge, the top of the spoon. A "heaping teaspoon" would pile up as much as you can with a teaspoon

No need to be embarassed by that, yesterday I was asking what"J/K" was.
On the other subject, about your teacher, bi´s tri´s, forget about him, if I would take advice of the "instructors" at the gym I would be crazy.
Today I was doing a Lats exercise and then she screamed in the middle of the whole gym.. "Hey, what you are doing is wrong!". She was thinking that I was doing a very wrong triceps exercise.
I didn´t say a word because she is "nice", if you know what I mean.

Heaping is piling as much as you can on a teaspoon. (that is the smaller spoon of the two)

Never be afraid to ask any question. If you do not know the answer you would not ask in the first place. Anyone that criticizes you is very wrong to do so. No one knows everything. We all learn by asking - even if it seems unimportant or something a person "should" know. Learn all you can from everything as best you can. That is what will make life much better for you and those that know you. Take Care, John H.
