Well i think Fire needs to put a little more effort into it personally look at the ramble he did about nothing on Saturday...he is creative enough to kiss better booty. Sincere? Ha. Lets make him beg and whine and kiss my booty too he can make a special tribute to GP and J'Bo the bodybuilding prince and princess

GOPRO my young friend,,, I really don't know why I've carried on as I did. Version 1 of P/RR/S is just simply outstanding and really don't see a need to change it really. I'm sure V.2 is fantastic also and would be good to keep things fresh but I still love V.1 and with the exception of LEGS, everything is coming together very nicely on that program. So If someday you honor me with Version 2 is would be nice for a change of pace.
By the way, an updated picture of you would be great!! I'd like to put it up next to the one I already have of you on my Gym Wall!!! Your physic is so motivating I must say. I only wish that someday I will be worthy to fasten your weight belt for you.
