    Question What's Important to You?

For those of you working towards your fitness goals, what are your 3 primary areas of concern?

(For example: What supplements should I take? What is a good bulk diet to gain muscle? How many times a day should I eat?)

    Thank you for your comments,

    Marc

Sounds like you are pretty new to the game.
That's kinda a hard question to answer as we don't know your goals, age, or what you look like now.

If you are just starting then just stick with protein powder until you get more into it and can decide what you are after. And if you are trying to bulk, eat meat, as much as you can.

    my 3 primary concerns are:

Is my body getting sufficient nutrtion?

Is my workout routine stimulating the muscles to grow and allowing enough time for recovery and GROWTH

How healthy am I and are my Bodybuilding ways helping me with everyday life or hurting it?
    Are you kidding me????

    ......oh ya, my main concerns;

Am I in the state of mind to have the best workout possible, or do I need some supps (stacker 2) to bring me up before I go.

Am I getting enough protein to grow

Did I remember to put beer in the fridge?

For me it depends on what my short term goal is at the time.

Right now I am dieting for a show, so my main area of concern is getting leaner, which is achieved primarily thru a very disciplined diet that is making me insane!

If I am "bulking" my main goal is am I getting bigger and gaining weight/size, again achieved thru proper diet/nutrition.

Another area of concern that is always on my mind is staying injury free, which besomes more of a challenge as you get older. Also, not going into a state of over-training, which many bodybuilders often do. You almost have to walk a fine line to not over-train and not under-train.

Lastly, my supplements, I take a shit load of them. 3-4 times per day I am swallowing numerous pills.

    Main concerns:

1: Am I getting enough protein each and EVERY day?

2: Am I using good enough form in my workouts to ensure I'm stimulating the muscles?

3: Why is Irontime staring at my ass?
