What's wrong with this picture?

This one is a brain teaser for those who like to solve puzzles.
Click on the link and watch the picture. It's a regular picture but there is something wrong with it.
You will get a silent hint after about 30 sec or so and your sound must be on if you want to solve it. Good luck.

I donīt get what Premie said.
Anyway, the first thing about this is to try to scare the person looking at the picture. (doh! )
The second thing is that outside the first window, there are "black bars" and in the second window there arenīt.
