Really fricken nervous here. I've got two job interviews in the next two days and I really want both of them.
The first one is this afternoon at a lumber mill for weekend work, awesome pay, decent work
Second one is tomorrow morning for the college gym, kinda crappy pay but awesome work.
So wish me luck people, I really REALLY want that mill job,

Well that was easy. He asked me questions for about 5 minutes, said he was very impressed with my resume and references and said no problem. But there is a catch, they are not hiring now. Which really made me wonder why they put up advertisements saying they were looking for people
Apparently he likes having a list of people for the summer and next school year, so when that comes around I'm in.

That's exactly what he's doing. HR managers set up "bull-pens" of qualified applicants that have already been interviewed so when a job oppening comes up they can just make a few phone calls to fill the position. I'd recommend you keep in touch with him. Well I had my first weekend, and apparently I did pretty damn good. The supervisor mentioned to some millwrights that the other guys were having trouble keeping up to me so that is a damn good thing. I was also told that if I worked hard I would be offered summer employement so that takes a hell of a lot off my mind
