part of it is the fact that I moved IM to a new webhost last week, we were having many network issues with the other host, many times people could not access the site in different regions, the network was slow, the server was slow, etc.Originally posted by BabsieGirl

we are now with a new webhost, much faster and reliable network (100megabit port), and a much faster dedicated server.
