What I have to deal with Living in Hawaii

Don't you guys feel for me.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

You lucky bastards. Even though I live in Southern Cali, it is nothing like those pics.

I think we should withhold container shipments of Spam and fresh rolls of toilet paper to the islands for that!

I went to highschool in Hawaii. While the scenery is nice , I'd NEVER want to live there again.

It's called "rock fever". After a while, you just start yelling 'GET ME OFF OF THIS ROCK'.

In all honesty, you can see almost everything there is to see in 2 years or less. I was there for much longer. (I got my first drivers license there). It's not like I couldn't travel around a bit. (Then again, you can do it on a bike as well).

No I had to build my computer from coconuts and spare parts from the radio in my wrecked boat.

Of course you can make a living smearing tanning lotion all over women like above, I know it's degrading work, but at least you have money to eat.
