It seriously frightens me that either Bush or Kerry is
going to be President for the next four years

I think there's a conspiracy. Anyone notice that Kerry resembles Andrew Jackson on the new $20 bill?

How bout we all write in Albob's name. If you need to be 35 to be president then he can be a double president at his age.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

Oh, and looking at that spending thing:

I would go for most of the campaign promises, could do without an increase in the minimum wage, all that will do is put me closer to it and make the 50 cents i give to the bum on the way to work seem like less.

Raising the taxes on the top income bracket over the next 10 years suits me fine, I will not be there for 20.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I'm going to stick my neck out and make a prediction post right now.

Kerry won't beat Bush. Dumbell U. Bush will win in next November.

Kerry's voting record (supporting a 50 cent gasoline tax increase) among others is going to hurt him with the 30% of voters who are capable of voting for either Bush or Kerry.

As for spending: Bush is an out-of control spender who is running deficits, keeping the dollar weak to try to keep imports going, and he will cause tax increases in the future. Bush's medicare program was a big-spending welfare plan to kiss the blue-hairs behind in an attempt to get their vote.

When it comes to spending, Bush spend MORE than Bill Clinton.

The Republican party, idelogically and fiscally, is dead.

But they still will win in November.

Have fun working. Have fun paying taxes for Iraq. Have fun paying into Social Security so you can get a few nickels when you are in your late 60s.

Got a pay raise? Congratulations, your tax bracket just went up.
Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first.

You'll be using a lot of bullets - nowadays a liberal is anyone who doesn't belong to the 700 Club.

Kerry is good at spending his wife's money. Or should I say, her republican ex-husband's money.
