Who knew Dante said farewell?
I got to wondering where Dante was after the irony thread so I checked out Avant, he posted on 1/27 that he was withdrawing from online posting due to personal issues anyone in contact with him know how he is doing? I'm gonna miss his debating an article posts
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Hmmm...the one I read provided his email addy. Said he didn't want to chat about dieting etc.........would rather hold intellectual conversations on politics, etc....

Thanks for all of the kind words. Even setting aside past business concerns - working for Avant Labs, that is - I actually enjoyed posting here; it's a pleasantly open and laid-back community, and the members are great on the whole I definitely enjoyed the intellectual honesty that most members here display; that isn't the case on many boards, or in life in general.
@Premier: I saw the "Irony" thread, and my post on BB.com was meant to be a one-time deal, because of the nonsense on that board, as it concerned AL (I still consider the crew friends). So it's not as if I just stopped posting here I pulled away in general, and it's nice to be away from the computer after two years of working from home.
Odd, though: I've received emails from members of various boards, and several times I've been asked, "So are you still lifting?" Huh? So if I worked for Colgate, and quit, would someone ask, "So, Dante, are you still brushing your teeth?"
As for what the future holds, I'm thinking about the cult life. No, I'm not talking about The Temple of Set, or some pansy "Wiccan" nonsense. I'm talking about the hard stuff. Yes, multi-level marketing. Freaky - I know.
