Sure. It needs to be in Las Vegas and it has to pay more than $65K. (If you make an offer in the $75K range I'll not only make the coffee but I'll re-load your ammo. )

What do you do to have an assistant at 21 years old?
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

I Know it seems weird but even weirder is I just started this job a little over three months ago, and the only thing they havent given me is my own office, But I don't want one anyway.

Oh I started as a dispatch for an service company, now I do everything else (permits, inspections, proposals, taken care of my techs)

And this lady is not helping very much, shes getting petty bullshit done but thats it! I could hire a child to do that shit.

It like I try to teach her something new and she forgets what told her 10 minutes ago

Hanz..i did dietetics as well....then went on to chiropractic school.

dietetics just wasnt what i thought it would be....what type of setting are you looking to work in with your degree? (i can tell you some of the places that i checked out that seemed pretty cool)
My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.

If the company you work for has a Human Resources office you definately want to talk to them BEFORE you fire her. There's lots of details you need to take care of before telling someone to hit the road. Otherwise you're setting yourself up for a wrongful termination law suit. The end result of that is that YOU'LL probably end up unemployed.

She will probably ask "what did you say to do after I cleaned my desk out again"
