Dammit Flex....I wasn't gonna spill the beans....we gotta fight the groupies off every time "Flex and the IronMaggots" plays another gig, dude. . .

Just wait until we start tourin' the Coast with the tracks from our first CD. . .when you start hard rappin' out "Your Kiss is like a Deadlift, Baby" with our three background iron maiden singers doin' the lifts on the side, the crowd will start rushin' the stage...
By the time we get to "I Broke a Barbell To Bench Ya," we'll have to have every bodyguard standin' by to prevent a stampede.

Not to mention that part where you start hittin' one of those "Surrender Ronnie" back lat spreads as you start to belt out the poignant heavy metal ballad "I'd Hacksquat For Your Love" and lead into that part where you bite off the end of a protein bar and spit it into the waiting mouths of the ladies in the audience....all while you start movin' the groove back up to the foundry blast beat of "Let Me Love Ya With My Protein Shake"...

Man, the hottest part of the concert is that last 20 minute set...when the drummer hits his solo spot using those two pound dumbbells while slammin' out a driving beat....and ya grab the mike and start tossin' out those sweaty liftin' gloves...yank the guitar and scream out "Creatine Blues"....

...man, the tattoo artists wanderin' backstage, touching up the volcano special effects on the arms of the band members so when we hit a double biceps shot, sparks fly from the peaks and fake neon lava pours out covering our arms... and then Flex does his Hulk crunch at the crowd while he's coated with the lava flow as the band kicks into "You Feel My Pump, Baby?"

They'll pull it out, Flex....Weber is our old coach who left for Illinois this season. I'm at Southern Illinois...we lost to Alabama in the first round this year...
