I am ACE certified since 2000, and the only thing I can tell you to help you with that book and its contents is read and make sure you know ACE's answer to the questions on the test.
Also, get familiar with the liability section of the book as well, they will be hardnosed on the exam for that. Always are.

Anyone here ACE certified?
Hi there....I am studying to become an ACE certified personal trainer and was wondering if anyone has been through that monstrous book that I have and maybe has some tips, do's and don't, etc, etc....
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to e-mail me if more convenient.
